Our story begins with Luna – the dog who touched our hearts.

She’s not only part of our family, but also the reason Balau exists.

Luna is our loyal companion – full of joy, curiosity, and a truly special nature. Early on, we noticed that her skin was extremely sensitive. At times, she showed symptoms similar to eczema in humans: red, irritated, and dry.
